Staff Full-Stack Engineer
Own and evolve the core platform that lending teams rely on daily. Design systems for document processing, financial analysis, and underwriting workflows. You'll set technical direction, mentor engineers, and make architecture decisions that scale across hundreds of financial institutions.
Staff AI Engineer
Lead the AI systems powering automated document extraction, financial spreading, and credit analysis. Build and optimize production ML pipelines that process thousands of commercial lending documents. You'll own model architecture decisions and shape how AI transforms underwriting at scale.
Business Development Representative
Run outbound for commercial lending. Research banks, identify the right people, and get conversations started with CCOs, CLOs, and VPs of Credit. You'll learn the lending industry inside and out.
Account Manager — Regional Banks
Own the relationship with our regional bank clients. Make sure they're getting results — not just using the product, but closing more deals with it. You'll be their go-to.
Account Manager — Credit Unions
Work with credit union lending teams to drive adoption and results. Credit unions move differently than banks — you'll understand their workflows and make Aloan indispensable.
